Three (1 Hour) Meditation Classes with Rob Walsh
Here is your opportunity to learn how to start a meditation practice or to deepen your current practice. Each session is just one hour and you can use your current class package or pay class drop-ins.
A regular meditation practice has many benefits: Reduce stress, overcome anxiety and worry, create inner calm and a feeling of well-being, receive clarity to solve problems, helps us handle challenging situations
Sunday 11/13, 4-5pm “Intro to Meditation”
We will find our comfortable seat and learn to anchor into the present moment by using breath and being mindful and aware of the environment.
Sat. 11/19, 4-5pm “Perfect 10 Meditation”
Overcome obstacles to meditation.The perfect ten method is the beginning step anyone can take to instantly discover the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
Sunday 11/20, 4-5pm “Yoga Nidra” (Body Scan Meditation)
Explore your inner universe. Rest your body and mind and observe the play of sensations as we move our awareness through each section of the body.
Cost: $15 per session or use your current Class Package.
